Emma's first set of wheels

Our neighbors were nice enough to give Emma her first set of wheels. I think they were happy to get it out of their garage and into ours:-) Em loves it. Although she can only go backwards, She hasn't figure out forwards yet.

Picnic by the Lake

We went out to enjoy the beautiful weather and had a picnic by the lake. Emma was all about the food and watching to doggies (boo) walking by.

Then we had some swing time after lunch.

Strolling of the Heifers, Brattleboro, VT

We spent the past weekend in Brattleboro, VT visiting Poppy and Mimi. We went to the annual Strolling of the Heifers Parade. Emma was definitely enthrall. She loved the moo cows and all the bands and of course the snacks:-)

Mama's Day 2009

Happy Mothers Day!

Sweet moment with Grandma...

We had a wonderful day celebrating "Mama's" Day. The morning was spent with Grandma and Grandpa and then we went to our wonderful friend Kara and Brendan's for a BBQ in the afternoon. It was only fitting as Kara and I became Mama's together last year;-)

Emma's new thing is trying on people shoes. Here she is walking in Daddy's shoes...Wow daddy, these are big shoes!

1st Haircut

Today, we took Emma for her first haircut. Luckily her Auntie Paula is a wonderful hairdresser. Emma did a great job although she refused to where the cape and Mama and Daddy were covered with hair by the end.
