Finger painting fun!

I was finally brave enough to take out the finger paints with Jack. Emma, of course, had to show him how it was done. Although when she was Jack's age she didn't like having her hands messy and hated fingerpainting. Jack, however, loved it!

She loves it now.

uummm...yeah...they are both in white shirts...crazy Mommy!

Yep, it went right in the mouth at first.

Then he got the hang of it.

Xmas 2010

This year was really fun. It was Emma's first year believing in Santa. She was so surprised to come downstairs and find all the presents. Although I think her biggest shock was finding the milk and cookies gone.
Emma's present from Santa was a unicorn pillow pet. Every time she saw Santa that was all she said she wanted. She has lovely named her "purple" and she sleeps with her every night.

Pony rides and birthdays

Our good friends the Williamson's celebrates thier son Noah's birthday with pony/reindeer rides in their backyard. So fun! Although the kids were a little unsure at first, finally after much prompting, the kids had a blast...even Jack! Although he didn't have much of a choice, he was just put on. But hey, he didn't complain...

Emma's 3rd birthday, Princess party!

Emma insisted for her 3rd birthday that she wanted a princess party and that all her friends had to play dress up and wear princess dresses. So much fun. Mommy had fun planning her first of many "theme" parties. Arts and crafts galore! Crowns and castle picture frames..great
success...kept the kids busy and entertained.

Then it was time for the "princess cake" of course!
Then more playtime for the little royalty!
